A Day in the Life of a Strata Maintenance Plumber

What does a day in the life of a Strata Maintenance Plumber look like?
Here’s a snapshot of how Brad spends his day…

6:30am:  Fuel to get the motor running.

7:00am:  Get my boots on and head out to work, ready for a successful day!

7:30am:  On the job with great views, completing a roof inspection on the rooftop of a strata building.

10:00am:  Replacing pumps in a stormwater pit in Bondi Beach.

Midday Lunchtime:  Lunch on the run.

12:30pm:  Pumping out a flooded lift shaft in Centennial park.

2:00pm:  Call Kerin from Behind the Boots to ask her to follow up a few admin things for me.

3:00pm:  Jump on a group call with my coaching program – this group of business owners is a great support.

5:00pm:  Home to wash the day away, and then have dinner with my partner Sally.

6:30pm:  Getting on with paperwork and invoices – keeping on top of running my business consistently everyday.

8:30pm:  Watch Basketball on TV – my favourite team is Sydney Kings.

10:00pm Essential beauty sleep – Feeling totally wiped out from running a business and being on the tools is a great feeling, I thrive on the challenge.
